Before adding this essential step into my night time routine at the end of each and everyday I felt intense stress. The weight of each day held over my head every night until I fell asleep. Nothing could help this intense discomfort, not even ice cream. I knew that something needed to change, for not only my mental health but also my physical health. By incorporating a bubble bath into my nightly routine, I have been able to destress and sleep soundly. This is such an important step in my life now because it has allowed me to separate my mental health from things out of my control. I have been able to find a sense of zen that I have never been able to reach before, that is why I am so passionate about this.

Stress Relief - Warm water helps me relax my muscles and calms my nervous system. It creates a cozy, calming space that feels like a spa for both the body and my mind. When I step into the bath full of bubbles, it feels like all my worries go away with every moment within it.
Slowing Down Opportunity - Everyday life is often fast past, it is hard to step away from the hustle and bustle of life. A bubble bath allows me to take a step back and slow down. I am able to disconnect from the outside world and just have a moment to myself. This rare moment of being away from everything going on is necessary for mental well being.
Affordable Luxury - Luxury doesn't have to be expensive, which is crazy to say. This is one of the only places where you do not have to spend hundreds to feel pampered. Adding a nice smelling bath soap, bath bombs, or bath salts can make baths feel like a luxury spa experience.
How to Create the Perfect Bubble Bath Experience

Set the Mood - In order to create the best possible vibes, I like to light some candles or soft lighting. I also add a bath pillow to my routine which elevates my comfort level and allows me to truly sink into relaxation. Environment plays a huge role in setting the tone for peace and calmness.
Choose Your Bubbles Wisely - As a girl, it is incredibly important to use natural products in order to maintain pH balance as well as reducing the risk of UTIs. Choosing bubble baths free of harsh chemicals not only feels better but protects me. This is especially important for women’s health, because we need to care for our bodies inside and out.
Add Extras - Customizing the bath to suit my body’s needs is part of the fun. I like to tap into what my body needs at the time. If I have a long day and my muscles are sore then I add a bit of epsom salts. On the days I crave exfoliation I like to add additional scrubs or body washes into my routine, these leave my skin glowing and smooth. Each bath becomes its own routine, tailored to how I am feeling that day.
Hydration Station - My favorite thing to do before I step into the bath, is filling up my water bottle. Staying hydrated during a bath allows me to replenish my body inside and out. The combination of warm water and proper hydration helps me feel balanced, refreshed, and destressed by the end of my bath.

Unplug - I am not perfect, many times I just watch an episode of my favorite tv show or listen to some podcasts, but I sometimes like to set my phone done and open up a good book. This allows me to disconnect from the world around me. By disconnecting, even for a short time, it creates a sense of balance, control, and calm within my life.
Skincare - A bath isn't just for sitting, it is also the perfect time to give my skin some love. A good face mask or face wash makes a bath feel like a full spa retreat. I love to soak into the tub while having a hydrating mask on to rejuvenate my skin and body.
Post Bath Care - The pampering doesn't just stop once the bath is over. After my bath I love to moisturize my skin. I add my favorite lotion is the EOS Vanilla Cashmere body lotion and some body oils. This gives my skin a soft feel while smelling incredible. I put moisturizer and serums on my face to give it a boost of hydration and lock in the glow. After all of these steps I like to put on a cute and comfy PJ set makes the experience feel complete and lux.

By creating a space where I can unwind and reconnect with myself, I am giving my body the care it deserves but I often neglect.
